Customer satisfaction is key to us! As our Business Support manager you will be responsible for delivering world class service and support to our customers. You will be a part of a young team of motivated people from all over the world. Building a product that makes sense for merchants and also makes the world a little better.

 
Your responsibilities

  • Respond to customers’ and companies’ inquiries using all available channels
  • Build and maintain best practices and enable customers to solve their own issues
  • Answer incoming queries from customers and colleagues acting as a 2nd line support
  • Manage practical routines in relations to Shopbox own accounting and office maintenance
  • Preparation of monthly revenue reports
  • Simple Finance Controlling

 

Your profile

  • A minimum of 2 years experience with support in a similar type of company
  • Quick learner and naturally curious about how you can help out
  • A high energy level and ability to “smile” through the phone
  • A good understanding of retail and point-of-sale
  • Energetic and proactive, thorough and detail oriented. Like working with numbers and analytics
  • A professional level of skills in the MS office tools mainly Excel
  • Preferably your studies have included some level of economics and/or finance
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Native Danish level and excellent English skills
  • Don’t like having “tickets” in a queue. You take pride in quick response
  • Strong organizational skills and interest in a diverse set of responsibilities
  • A flair for numbers and interest in organizing and filling receipts
  • Motivated by a mix of routine things and a few unexpected things every day
